In a celebration of women’s voices and leadership in business, Regenerate Society, Inc. partnered with Voltron Printing to host the Heritage Heroines: Women’s Entrepreneurship Cypher, a panel-style event designed to empower and educate current and aspiring entrepreneurs.
The discussion was led by two powerhouse professionals, Katiana Banks (Small Business Manager for the Birmingham Business Alliance) and Magan Battle (CEO of Battle Realty Co.), who brought insight, vulnerability, and years of lived experience to the conversation. The cypher explored some of the real-world challenges women face in entrepreneurship — from filing business paperwork and managing finances to marketing and finding consistent support.
More than just a panel, the event was a space for connection and growth. Male attendees were encouraged to attend with the intention to listen — an intentional invitation to better understand and support the journeys of women business leaders.

Key Takeaways:
Katiana Banks and Magan Battle provided powerful insight into building and sustaining businesses across different industries.
Attendees walked away with knowledge on business formation, financial responsibility, and available resources.
The event offered space for networking and collaboration among new and experienced business owners.
