DIRECTOR OF
ACTIVISM & ADVOCACY
Focus: Addressing the lack of understanding of how to bring effective change to underserved communities through human rights.
Leading the Activism division, this role ensures RS is a force for meaningful advocacy and social awareness. Through practical/demonstrative events, panel discussions, and policy education, the Director provides the community with tools to drive real change. Whether hosting voter registration initiatives, organizing forums on social justice, or developing workshops on human rights, this leader helps bridge the gap between passion and action.
CREATIVE IMPACT
DEVELOPER
Focus: Addressing the lack of exposure and access to creative outlets, as well as the lack of understanding on how to manage creative thoughts.
Overseeing the Creative Arts division, this leader empowers members to harness their creativity while learning how to turn artistic passion into impactful work. Whether through media production, performance, design, or storytelling, they provide opportunities for self-expression and professional development. RSTV, artistic showcases, and collaborative projects are just a few of the creative initiatives this role supports. The ideal candidate is someone who believes in not only nurturing talent but also helping creatives structure their ideas into tangible opportunities.
BUSINESS IMPACT
DEVELOPER
Focus: Addressing rising interest in entrepreneurship while combating the lack of emotional readiness and understanding of the characteristics/resources needed to lead and maintain a business.
At the helm of the Business division, this leader helps aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals develop the resilience, knowledge, and resources necessary for success. By curating workshops through the award winning, What's Your Worth entrepreneurship imprint, this division focuses on financial literacy, networking, and business planning, they ensure members are prepared for sustainable leadership. Past initiatives have included mentorship programs with industry leaders and hands-on experiences in business development. This role is perfect for someone who understands that running a business is more than just an idea—it’s about mindset, preparation, and execution.
DIRECTOR OF OUTREACH
Focus: Addressing the lack of long-term resources and impactful benefits for the houseless and the hungry.
Leading the Outreach division, this role ensures that RS is making a direct difference in the lives of those in need. From Second Saturdays—where we provide meals and mentorship—to Operation: Regenerating Hope, which educates and mobilizes the community to assist the unsheltered, the Director of Outreach coordinates initiatives that go beyond short-term aid. This position is for someone dedicated to ensuring long-term impact and sustainability in service efforts.
