On Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018, the Regenerate Society, Inc. traveled to Jacksonville State University to help with a disaster relief caused by a tornado that ripped through the area.
We were able to donate cases of snacks and Gatorade to the disaster relief organizations on campus (pictured above). It was such a humbling experience to be able to come out and help the community and network with such kind individuals. We were given the opportunity to do some hands on labor at a previous old elementary school (below)
Classes were looking to start soon, so to lend a helping hand, we assisted in painting one of the rooms in the school.
We look forward to many more service opportunities so that we may be a blessing in not only Birmingham, but surrounding communities such as this!
