Our Business Division rising interest in entrepreneurship with lack of emotional readiness and understanding of characteristics/resources needed to lead and maintain a business.

In the Business Division, we focus on empowering young adults to step into entrepreneurship with confidence. Since 2018, our signature program What You’re Worth has given members an inside look at managing some of Birmingham’s biggest brands while building skills in strategy, innovation, and professional development. Our division also made history by winning the first-ever Project of the Year Award, the highest team honor in Regenerate Society, Inc. Through panels, workshops, and real-world experiences, we create spaces to learn, connect, and discover the true value we bring to the marketplace.
